I had an electrical issue in my home. The faucet in one of my bathrooms was energized I called 2 different electrical companies and they could not figure it out. Finally someone recommended Carlos I called him on a Sunday afternoon he was at my home with in the hour. When he seen the problem I was having he said am not leaving your house until I figure it out. He immediately started to troubleshoot and about an hour later he discovered a open splice in the wall that was making contact with the cold water line.
